Aan het begin van de avond bedacht ik dat ik de map, die ik gisteren in de boekenkast vond wel kon kaften en versieren.
Dat was een project dat ik gewoon vanavond had kunnen doen en afmaken als ik niet telefoon gesprekken en kinder zaken had moeten regelen.
Bovendien wilde de lijm niet drogen, en moet het nu blijven liggen tot morgen. Maar het verschil is al groot genoeg om er een blogje aan te wijden.
De map vond ik gisteren in de kast bij het opruimen, zo ook, op een andere plek de tutorials, die ik heb uitgeprint, en die ik nu wel eens bij elkaar wil binden.
De map gekast met behang dat ik uit een behangstalen boek heb gescheurd. Dat boek heb ik ooit eens van een verre vriendin gekregen.
Omdat de vellen te klein zijn voor een hele map, heb ik de voor en achterkant met een andere kleur gekaft en moet dat, op de rug, aan elkaar gehecht worden.
Nu ligt de map te drogen, en morgen moet het afgemaakt worden. Ik wil hem op een of andere manier versieren, maar niet te veel, want het moet ook in de kast kunnen staan, en dan moet het niet te kwetsbaar zijn. Ik ben er nog niet helemaal uit, maar voor nu is dit de map.

Today I made a lot, but I can not show a thing. Partly because it is a suprise, and partly because it is not yet finished.
In the beginning of the evening, I thought I could cover the binder I found in bookcase yesterday. And decorate it a little.
It would have been finished tonight, but there were to many phonecalls and other distractions. Beside that, the glue wouldn't stick, so I had to use other glue, and let it rest for the night. But the difference is big enough to show the binder here on my blog.
I found the binder yesterday while cleaning the bookcase. And,on another place in the bookcase I found all kind of tutorials that I wanted to bind in one way or the other And I thought I could combine those two
I covered the binder with wallpaper, from a sample pack I once got from a friend. The pieces are to small to cover the whole binder, so I used two different papers for front and backcover. There need to be some kind of seam on the back.
The binder, or beter the glue is drying now. I want to finish it tomorrow. I want to decorate the binder, but it has to be flat, because I do want it to stand in the bookcase and than the decorations need to be firm. I do not know what exactly. But for now, this is what I got.
