Dag 242 Nieuw speelgoed.

Tja, als je dan nieuw speelgoed hebt, moet er gelijk mee gespeeld worden.

Voor dit kaartje heb ik gelijk 3 nieuwe speeltjes gebruikt.

Ik heb de grote Hero Arts stempel gestempeld met de big and Juicy (waarom ik deze vorig jaar niet gekocht heb?? Dit is helemaal mijn kleuren) En daarna geembossed met de bijpassende embossingfolder. WAUW, I love it!! Vanaf het moment dat deze stempels/folders op de markt zijn, kijk ik er naar, en denk ik, dat is gaaf. Ik had niet gedacht dat ik het ZO gaaf zou vinden. Dit smaakt naar meer.

Dan het Kraft Glassine paper. Dat heb ik gekocht omdat ik het ooit gezien heb in een tutorial. Maar omdat ik dat natuurlijk niet precies meer wist, heb ik die gisteren even opgezocht, en daarmee kwam ik op nog veel meer tutorials van dit produkt.
Omdat het inderdaad vrij donker en bruin is, heb ik uit het glassine eerst bloemen gestansed, en die stuk voor stuk gekleurd met Perfect Pearls. Daarna de heattool erop gezet, en daarmee het glassine verhit. Daardoor smelt de waslaag, en daarmee hecht de perfect pearls aan de onderlaag. ZOOO gaaf.
Daarna heb ik de bloemen geembossed. Het geembosste heb ik gekleurd met het nieuwe Prima Marketing stempelkussen. Dat is speciaal vorm gegeven voor dit soort dingen en dat werkt geweldig!

De bloem met een brad aan de kaart vast gemaakt. De kaart (met bloem) op een basiskaart geplakt, en onder het kaartje, op de basiskaart een tekst gestempeld met de big and Juicy.
En als ik nu goed tel, heb ik niet 3, maar 5 nieuwe produkten gebruikt.

For this card I used 3 new toys!

I stamped the big Hero Art stamp with the big and juicy (why I didn't buy this colour last year? This is soo my colours) And embossed it with the matching embossingfolder. WOW I LOVE IT!!! From the moment this stamps/folder came on the market I was thinking it would be great. I didn't think I would be sooo trilled by using this. This asks for more!!

THan the Kraft Glassine paper. I bought it because I once saw a Tim Holtz tutorial with this. Because I didn't remember exactly what I saw, I looked it up on the Internet, and ofcourse I found much more than I was looking for.
Because it is dark and brown paper, I diecut the paper into flowers and I gave the flowers each a colour with Perfect Pearls. Then I heated the paper with the heattool. The heat makes the wax melt, and that attaches the perfect pearls. SOooo cool!!
Then I embossed the flowers using a embossingfolder. And I highlighted the embossed area using the prima marketing inkpad. Which is especcially designed for this kind of things. I must say it works great for this.

I attached the flower to the card using a brad. The card, with flower, I attached to a base card. Underneath the card, I stamped a sentiment on the basecard.

And If I count correctly, I didn't use 3 new toys, but 5.
